Taiwan's local elections are coming up, and challenger Cheng Yung-chin contesting for the Magistrate of Hsinchu County really wants the seat. So much that he's launched an ad to show voters the values he's going to bring:

Bouncing breasts and sexy women on bicycles, probably?

The ad doesn't really say much, but is probably trying to engage viewers and voters on some other emotional level, perhaps.

It features a sexy cyclist cycling around the natural cityscapes of Hsinchu County.

The model is 23-year-old Gao Jia Lu.

No one's getting it. But good effort, we guess.
