She's becoming famous on her Weibo account because she had a drastic amount of plastic surgery to change her appearance.

There's not much known about her except that she could really be 15-years-old as her birth date has been confirmed as May 1999.

Her controversial new look is causing quite the stir because some netizens believe she is almost "too beautiful to look at." Plus she's 15-freaking-years-old.
