Just like when and how Jonah Hill first burst into the scene, actor Josh Gad is used to playing the overweight, funny guy on NBC's '1600 Penn', which was recently canceled. He's also been in a bunch of films ranging from "Love & Other Drugs" to "The Internship."

But the 32-year old actor wanted to shed his stereotype, and his weight, so after his latest film "Jobs," where he played Steve Wozniak, he lost a whopping 30 pounds and is currently rocking a slimmer frame as seen on the red carpet while promoting the Steve Jobs biopic.

Gad told People he lost the weight by working with a nutritionist and cutting down "from about 18 meals a day to about five." He says:

Seven egg whites with avocado on top and a grapefruit for breakfast. Two hours later, he drinks a protein shake and then will snack on some almonds, followed by a lunch of 7 oz. of turkey on a salad with nonfat dressing. Before a dinner of salmon and veggies, he drinks another protein shake.

And it looks like his diet plan has worked well for him. Check out the old and images below to see his latest weight-loss accomplishment:
