A percentage of the population is graced with a genetic mutation that prevents stinky pits. People with a special gene called ABCC11 were found to have less or non-existent stinky pits, according to researchers from the University of Bristol.

The gene is the single determinatnt factor of whether you might produce underarm odor or not. 97% of European or African descenet people have the smelly underarm sweat gene. East Asians on the other hand have it good. Most of them do not have stinky armpits.

According to Live Science, almost all Koreans have the mutation gene that allows them to skip wearing deodorant.

So if you're wondering if those armpits on a Kpop girl group stink or not...

They most likely don't!
