Luxury condo developments these days have nothing on the Porsche Design Tower. This is probably the epitome of luxury living for celebrities and billionaires. It is now attracting the mega rich at a rapid fast pace.

The condo won't be ready for move-in until 2016, but 22 billionaires have already purchased units so far, according to the Atlantic Cities. 80% of the 132 units are already under contract, representing a whopping $624 million in sales.

The Porsche Design Tower is no different from a lot of other luxury condos in terms of crazy amenities, spa, plunge pools, and more. But it sets itself apart from the others because it has three car elevators that will bring the mega rich and their luxury vehicles straight up to the door of their condo. They can park their cars in a "sky garage" connected to each unit.

The building is a collaboration between South Florida-based Dezer Development and Germany's Porsche Design Group.

Here are some renderings of the project:

Cheaper units have two-car garages, while higher-end ones have four. There's also a "Car Concierge," who will assist with washing, tire rotations, and regular maintenance.

Units are luxurious and spacious, and you can keep an eye on your cars at all times.
