You've seen them before. You still see them today. They are in hipster cafes to libraries to coffee shops to just about anywhere coffee is at least kind-of-cheap. These are the people whose office is anywhere that can provide them a table and wifi for a couple of hours.

1. Are you really working?

Yes...and probably no. This is of course from anecdotal evidence of us catching some of these people switching to their Facebook tabs. Checking Facebook is NOT REALLY WORKING! Or is it?

2. How can you actually get anything done?

Distraction is the best way to get things done, according to this study. #Truestory.

3. Studying? Really?

Because everyone stays really far and this is the most convenient place.. with coffee.

4. But it's so noisy here.

People who live near an airport may seem to be the most irritated people in the world, because they hear planes taking off and landing all the time, but surprisingly, after a while, your brain just knows how to drown out the background noises. This isn't bothersome.

5. Why can't you do it at...home?

Because this will happen.

People watching is nice.
Or..don't have Internet at home.

Nomad workers are everywhere. Some people just don't do well in an office. Some people are just more productive elsewhere. And as for working from home, it's probably harder to say no to your bed than to another cup of coffee. FOCUS!!

Celcom's Portawifi follows you around, even into places where you can sit down, open your laptop, and do some actual work while being connected to the Internet. Plus it connects up to 10 people. Amazing, isn't it? Check it out here.
