Netflix is spending $6 billion on 600 hours of original programming this year. Which means, they're becoming a hybrid of a streaming service and production company. If you've caught some of them before, you'd know they're pretty good. Here are some you don't want to miss in 2016.

Love

This 10 episode series from Judd Apatow follows a couple as they navigate the exhilarations and humiliations of intimacy, commitment, and other things they were hoping to avoid. The show debuts on February 19.

Fuller House

It is one big family reunion and the Tanner kids are all grown up. This Full House spin off series focuses on DJ Tanner-Fuller as she navigates life as a single mother of three. The show premieres February 26.

Flaked

This new live-action comedy series stars Will Arnett as a self-appointed “guru” who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination. All eight episodes will be available March 11.

The Ranch

Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson reunite onscreen. The Ranch tells the story of Colt (Kutcher) who returns to the family ranch in Colorado after a failed football career. The comedy will be available to stream April 1.

Lost & Found Music Studios

Lost & Found Music Studios is a series about a group of talented teenage musicians who struggle to find their authentic sound, and work to craft their music in a prestigious studio. You can watch how they navigate the murky waters of the music industry on April 1.

King Kong: King Of The Apes

The future looks bright for San Francisco’s Alcatraz Island since its transformation into the most impressive Natural History and Marine Preserve on the planet. But when the star attraction suddenly goes missing, KONG becomes public enemy number one. Debuts April 15.

Marseille

Marseille is the first French original production for Netflix. This 8 episode series focuses on the corruption and politicking around a local election for a casino in the historic city center of Marseille. The show premieres May 5.

Stranger Things

Set in Indiana in the 1980s, Stranger Things stars Winona Rider in a supernatural thriller about the disappearance of a young boy. The mysterious eight part series is set to debut July 15.

The Get Down

Set in 1970s New York City, this drama revolves around a ragtag crew of South Bronx teenagers who give birth to hip-hop, punk and disco. The 13-episode series will be available August 14.
