The Volkswagen Golf turns 40 this year and the automaker is celebrating the milestone at the Beijing Motor Show with an exclusive concept car called Golf Edition.

It has 19 inch alloy wheels, matte chrome mirror caps and a badge on the B-pillars engraved with the number "40".

It was developed especially for China and is the first Golf to feature wood inlays in the interior.
