Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is promising an upcoming exclusive presidential limo called "Project Cortege". The goal is to create a bespoke luxury vehicle for state officials all around. He’s allocated an estimated $150 to $400 million for the vehicle’s development en route to a 2016 unveiling.
