Peugeot is set to reveal the 208 Hybrid FE concept at the 2013 edition of the Frankfurt motor show. It emits  49g/km of CO2 and still hits 100km/h in 8 seconds. The official press release says it ”explores solutions for reaching the bar of 2l/100km,” but didn’t give any definitive numbers.
