Top Gear's Richard Hammond recently helped grant the wish of a very sick little girl at the children’s charity Rays Of Sun Shine.

Emilia is very ill, and has always wanted to drive in a Lamborghini. Watch as Hammond got the supercar professionally painted bright, neon pink and picked her up who was already wearing her own bright pink racing suit.
