Water, for example, has no sugars, fats or calories of any sort, and it quenches your thirst. If you do need a bit of sugar in your life, try and get it naturally. Ban White Bread and Pasta

Carbohydrates can be deadly to your weight loss program. Yet, they are an important part of a balanced diet. So, what to do, what to do? The first thing to do is cut out the carbs that are not healthy. I don’t mean healthy because it takes a lot of exercise to burn them off. No, I mean unhealthy because they are chemically enhanced. White pasta and bread especially, is made in a lab and are full of additives. Stick to the brown versions for your healthy intake of carbs.

Do at Least 30 Minutes of Cardio

You don’t have to kill yourself every day, and you can have rest days in between workouts. In fact, they are highly recommended.
