Because sometimes, you want your ship to be bigger. That's what happened to this ship. It was taken apart, ripped in the middle and added another section for the sole purpose of making it larger. This striking timelapse video, posted at FStoppers, shows off the entire process.

The ship is named the Balmoral, and it is owned and operated by Fred, Olsen Cruise Lines and was built in 1988. Check out the whole timelapse below:
