Samsung's Galaxy Gear isn't the first touchscreen watch around the block. Tissot was first to introduce a touchscreen to help alleviate button clutter. Of course, the watch wasn't considered smart to begin with.

Tissot's latest model won't be able to connect to your smartphone, but it will be able to soak up the sun for infinite battery life. The T-Touch Expert Solar will probably mean you don't have to change your watch's battery. Ever.
