Wired Wants to Put Your Selfie on Their Cover
2014.01.07
Wired is getting in on the selfie revolution by giving its readers a chance to replace BuzzFeed's Jonah Peretti on a digital cover of the magazine.
But first, readers have to download the Wired app, and follow instructions to generate a custom cover. The picture will only be entered to appear in Wired's February issue if the image is shared on social media. According to Wired:
A selection of the best covers will be featured on Wired.co.uk, with one singled out and published in the next issue of our magazine. The February edition takes an in-depth look at Peretti, who co-founded The Huffington Post, and went on to start BuzzFeed in 2006.
The sample magazine is live right now, so start taking those selfies, but don't forget to add #wiredgoesviral to your photos so we can find you!
