The rumor of a Nokia Android phone is heating up. New specs give us a look inside the Nokia X Android model, suggesting it will be a very low spec budget phone. Conspiracy theorists believe that Nokia may be making a rubbish Android phone to make its WP models look better in comparison, but that sounds silly to do so.

EVLeaks got some news on the Nokia X or Normandy model which is powered by a dual-core 1GHz Snapdragon chipset, operating alongside a tight 512MB of RAM. It has a low but workable 800 x 480 resolution, 5 Megapixel camera and a 1,500mAh battery. [EVLeaks]
