Google announced hardware and software goals at their three-hour keynote today at Google I/O 2014. The biggest announcements are Android TV and Android Auto.



Android TV is a broader and better version of Google's Chromecast, and allows video streaming from Google Play, YouTube and other apps like Netflix.

Users can play Android games on their TV sets with Android TV as well.
