Google Knows the Wi-Fi Passwords of All Android Users

Some security experts are claiming that Google's Android mobile OS is copying everyone's Wi-Fi password history and saving it to Google's servers. That doesn't sound too good.
The issue is not only Google storing passwords, but its doing so in a manner that it can be read if they want to.
