Apple wants more spunk in its design and so they've hired former Nike design director Ben Shaffer. Shaffer served as the studio director for Nike's Innovation Kitchen, which was responsibile for the development of the Flyknit and previously FuelBand. We're guessing his role is going to be more involved in the so called "wearable technology" department from Apple. Is this a tell tale they're readying some form of smart watch or something?
