Belkin has a new dock called the Express Dock and it features a dial round back so the Lightning connector can be adjusted, ensuring it makes a connection even if your tablet has a case on it. 

As with most Belkin products, it's a bit on the expensive side for the casual tablet user, but it's definitely sexier than some other standard docks out there.
