Plastic surgery trends aren't just about breast augmentation and rhinoplasty these days. A lot of new trends have emerged over the past 20 years and these new ones are getting a lot of attention. Some of them, are pretty bizarre. Humans are so vain! Check it out after the jump:

1. Dimple Design

If you've always wanted a dimple, you can now with plastic surgery. They make a tiny incision in the mouth and a wee stitch sewn to connect the muscle and skin of the cheek. The procedure costs around $1,000 for one or two for $1,500.

2. Eyebrow Transplants

Hate your eyebrows? Now you can get new ones custom designed for you. The most successful method is Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT) in which a 4-inch strip of scalp is cut from the back of the head and the hairs removed to fill in the stencils above your eyes. They cost between $6,000 and $8,000.

3. Voice Lift

Voice lift surgery alters the vocal cords, and the process involves making an incision in the neck and implants or injections to create a strong, melodious voice. Voice lifts typically cost between $3,500 and $7,000.

4. Eyelash Transplants

Don't have outspoken eyelashes? Want to stand out from the crowd? This procedure is more prevalent in the older demographic, where follicles from the healthiest part of your body are transplanted to the rim of your eyelid where they will root and continue to grow. Expect to spend up to $2,500, depending on the amount of lashes needed.

5. Hand Lifts

Do your hands reveal your true age? Those who want to have younger looking hands can go for a treatment called Hand-lifts, where they inject a substance called Juvederm to your hands and fingers. It will plump the skin and make wrinkles subside. The process only takes around 10 minutes and costs $1,200 and will last for 9 months.

6. Eye Implants

Why anyone would want something in their eye is a mystery to most of us, but surgery for this exists. A company called BrightOcular produces artificial iris silicone implants that can be surgically implanted into the eye. They can cover up flaws and make irises in both eyes identical. It will cost $5,000 for both eyes.

7. Vaginal Plastic Surgery

Vaginal restoration is a type of surgery to tighten the vaginal canal, making sex more pleasurable for both partners. Prices range between $2,500 and $12,000 depending on the extent of reconstruction performed.

8. Cinderella Surgery

Fitting your feet into all types of shoes may give you bunions. Surgery can cost over $5,000. To go further from that, you can also opt for shorter toes, where each will set you back $500 to $1000 to make them skinnier. You can also add an extra layer of cushioning to the bottoms of your feet. There are a lot of complications to this surgery.

9. Internal Bra

Gone were the days of breast implants. Now people are opting for internal bra plastic surgery. Hardened silicone cups are inserted under the breast tissue at the base of the breast to give it a nice lift and prevent your breasts from sagging all the way down. Cost: $6,800.

10. Thigh Gap Surgery

The thigh gap is a dangerous trend that's happening. What used to look like malnutrition and lack of muscle tone is now suddenly a beauty trend. The procedure involves a colder laser therapy to create the gap, where it shrinks fat cells and emulsifies the outer layer of thigh fat. The process costs around $4,000.

11. Butt Lifts

Butt surgeries increased by 44 percent in 2013, and there's a demand for it. It is known as buttock augmentation, and it involves liposuction from thighs, hips and bellies and then injecting it into the fanny. To get your butt looking like Kim Kardashian, the cost is between $5,000 and $8,000.

12. Beard transplant

For the guy who wants to grow a beard but can't. The number of facial hair transplants are growing globally, by almost 10 percent. The procedure will cost anywhere between $5,000 and $15,000 depending on the number of hairs transplanted. Each individual hair follicle has to be individually harvested from one part of the body and transplanted onto the face.
