Being a ballerina doesn't look like it's as hard as playing football or basketball or any other sport. But in reality, that is far from the truth. Ballerina Misty Copeland is in a new video for Under Armour showing just how hard it is to be one.

1. She started ballet late, at the age of 13. But she's risen to the top of her field.

2. She became the first African-American woman to be a soloist in the American Ballet Theatre.

3. She's extremely fit, as are most ballerinas.

4. Take a close long look at those calves, son.

5. Absolutely not easy to do any of that at all.
