Sarah Burge made a name for herself when she claimed to have spent more than $800,000 on plastic surgery to look more like Barbie. Of course, she made even bigger headlines when she gave her seven year old daughter a liposuction voucher worth $11,000 for Christmas.

Dakota Rose looks so anime it's almost unreal. She's got large, round eyes and porcelain skin. No one knows for sure where she's from or how old she is, but she's quite popular on YouTube as she is known as Kota Koti.
