Getting plastic surgery to look like celebrities isn't an uncommon thing, but some people take it to the next-level: they want to look exactly like them! Here are some people who gone really far trying to look like their idol.

1. Ashley Horn - Lindsay Lohan

She is Lohan's estranged half sister who just wanted to get as hot as Lindsay, so she spent $25,000 on a nose job and other various refinements. Let's hope she took the still young and hot looking Lindsay as her base.

2. Herbert Chaves - Superman

How much do you need to do to look like the man of steel? This guy from the Philippines decided that he would be the hero instead of just having him on a wall as a poster. So he got multiple nose jobs, skin whitening, realignment of his jaw, pec implants, abdominal implants and more. And all this over a period of 19 years.

3. Mikka Jay - Michael Jackson

To be fair, this isn't the first guy to go all out trying to look like Michael Jackson. But Mikka Jay is a mother of three who spent an upwards of $16,000 to look like the King of Pop. Nose, cheeks and chin were all done, and she even makes a return on investment on it too: $250,000 a year doing Michael Jackson impersonations.

4. Nileen Namita - Nefertiti

Now this one's bizarre - because the result is close to nothing like Nerfetiti. She reportedly pulled her daughter out of private school to pay for nearly $250,000 worth in surgery to look like the dead Egyptian queen. Over 53 procedures were done already, though it doesn't seem she's closer to it.

5. Justin Jedlica - Ken Doll

The Human Ken Doll exists, and he has spent tens of thousands on over 100 aesthetic procedures to look like human Ken doll.

6. Myla Sinanaj - Kim Kardashian

Myla Sinanaj even dated Kim's ex - Kris Humphries and even did a Kim-like sex tape because it can be pretty profitable to be mistaken as the reality star.

7. Toby Sheldon - Justin Bieber

Why would anyone want to look like Justin Bieber? This guy here isn't a pop star, and he's already spent $100,000 and more to look like Bieber. So, so weird.

8. Matt and Mike Shlepp - Brad Pitt

Two brothers spent a lot of money to look like Brad Pitt, because who wouldn't want to look like the sexiest man alive? And plus, you'd get every girl swooning over you. Except, the result doesn't seem to reflect just that. So it turns out: Brad Pitt's looks can't be copied.

9. Deborah Davenport - Kate Winslet

This woman got her cartilage shaved from her nose and injected her cheeks and forehead and eyes with Botox to look like Kate Winslet.

We're guessing Kitty isn't quite done yet because she's no where close to resembling everybody's BFF. Which part of her looks like Jennifer? Probably nothing!

Lisa Connell's plastic surgery seems to be quite decent looking, and she could easily pass off as a sister to Demi. Not bad actually.

From normal and plain looking, Crystal U transformed herself to look like Britney Spears. She actually looks more like Anna Faris than Brit though.

13. Jordan James Parke - Kim Kardashian

If duck lips and extreme eye brows were what Jordan was looking for then it looks like he's got it! He spent way too much money to look nothing like Kim. Or does Kim Kardashian actually look like that without all the makeup on?

14. Nicolas Ryan - Ryan Gosling

Nicholas Ryan wants to act, and wants to look like Ryan Gosling. He didn't go under the knife though, just some Botox and filler injections would do.

15. Sha Ross - Pamela Anderson

To be fair, Sha Ross looks okay without the surgery before, and all she probably needed was a new hair color and a good bra. But that wasn't enough. She wanted really really big breasts - going from a C to 32 Fs. Of course there was other work done like lipo and lip implants.
