Erin Stern once missed out on her qualifying for the Olympic high jump team by a few centimetres but now she's one of the top athletes in figure, health and fitness expert, cover model, and motivational speaker. Besides, she's the author of her five e-books!
Erin decided to turn her focus on aesthetic lifts after recognizing the importance of building muscle. In fact, her first professional début was during 2009 Arnold Classic.
Erin, who loves squats, dead-lifts, and weighted bridges, turned 35 on February 5th, 2015.
She has done up to six shows a year since 2008, and her long-term goal is to help people to find ways to overcome low self-esteem and stop making excuses that preventing them to achieve their goals.
Barbell roll-outs, and sprints are Erin's secret to carve abs apart from having 5-6 meals per day.
She believes that using compound movements such as plyometrics, power-lifting, dead-lifts, snatches, and deep squats creates a physique with much better flow than a strict isolation movements.
She also doesn't like when guys told her that she's too strong for a girl.
