Most people use Snapchat for fun. Or for artistic expression. Who would have thought you could monetize it. Cyrene Quimco tells her stories so creatively that she usually gets around 35,000 views for every snap. Also, she makes over $10k every time she snapchats.

She's worked with big names like Samsung, Disney, 20th Century Fox, Burger King and a few more.

Quimco creates sponsored stories that involve a series of photos or videos.

Her latest Snapchat project earned her $25,000.

She started out small at first - $500 per snap, but that was back then in January 2014.

Her average was $1,000 to $10,000 per Snapchat story a year ago.

Of course, it's not that easy to earn that kind of cash using Snapchat. Each project requires a lot of work. She says:

“It starts with a rough storyboard, drawn, written or both, and then it goes back and forth with the client until we agree on a storyline. The drawings take one to two hours to draw depending on the details. Taking the video, even though it looks casual and spontaneou, takes anywhere from three to ten retakes.”
