You can't get any more avant-garde than this. Rick Owens is pretty ahead of his time and might have just figured out the perfect accessory in fashion. His Spring/Summer 2016 Paris Show featured models wearing other models down the catwalk.

Each of the models were local gymnasts. Not all models are able to do this apparently.
