LiveRichMedia, the producer of the video behind Abigail Ratchford's sexually suggestive In-N-Out Burger video might now find itself the target of a legal suit from In-N-Out themselves.

It was slammed with a cease and desist letter from In-N-Out's lawyers, but the video continues to live on elsewhere. Here it is:
