A group of Japanese school students conducted an experiment to grow chickens without the use of eggs. All in a plastic cup! The video was posted to YouTube and it showed how they used cling wraps and plastic cups to demonstrate the development of the chicks over the course of 21 days.

So perhaps, the chicken did come before the egg?
