The 29-year-old yoga instructor was admitted to Mount Sinai Hospital on Friday after going into labor.

“Alec is overjoyed,” a source told the News.

The new baby is Thomas’s first child with the 55-year-old “30 Rock” actor. The new mother later tweeted about their "absolutely perfect" daughter.

"We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter Carmen Gabriela," she wrote.
