"Why can't Kate Upton keep her clothes on?" is the question posed in the swimsuit goddess model's latest cover for V Magazine.



The February 2014 issue also features Upton styled with and without clothes. The latter can be revealed by peeling back the acetate cover of the top layer, which features Upton in a Nicola Formichetti for Diesel denim getup.  The issue will be on newsstands on January 16.
