The next time you see a strange-looking worm, take a picture of it, because you'll never know if it was an undiscovered species. Photographer Alexander Semenoy found these bright and colorful worms near the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and in northern Russia at the White Sea Biological Station.

Semenov shot about 222 different worm species, many of which were unknown to science and are now being studied and documented by scientists.
