Illustrated by Neila Rey, these routines feature a full-body circuit workout designed to help you achieve the movie star body that you've always craved for.

Each workout features nine basic exercises, which includes things like squats, push-ups, mountain climbers, dips, cross-punch sit ups, jumping lunges, side plank crunches, leg raises, and bicycles. You'll have to plow through at least ten sets of the entire circuit and perform ten repetitions of each of the 9 exercises before you start seeing results.
