Are you planning on moving out sometime soon, but not really looking forward to all that organizing, packing and shifting stuff around? While you could always pay someone else to do all the work for you, you could also follow these useful tips that will take the hassle out of moving out.
Organize wires by arranging them in toilet paper rolls. This way, you won't have to deal with a tangled mess once you set up your electronics!
Instead of using newspaper, pack fragile plates using disposable styrofoam plates. This will help protect and prevent them from moving around.
The easiest way for shifting clothes is to use a DIY garment bag. Get a clean twist-tie bag, cut a hole on the bottom and put your clothes hanger through the hole. Flip it up, tie up the bottom and you're good to go!
Think outside the box! Items like pots, bowls, slow cookers, and so on come with in-built hidden storage, which makes them perfect for stashing away various knick-knacks.
Instead of just writing on the box with permanent black marker, use colored tape to come up with your own color coded system. This will make it easier to unpack once you reach your destination.
Use rubber bands to prevent doors from locking. This will help you to save time when moving in between rooms.
If you don't have access to a two wheeled trolley, you can substitute by using rolling suitcases. These are perfect for shuffling around heavier items.
