You hate them. You might sometimes end up as one of them, unintentionally. But they exist, and despite all the hundreds of PSAs we're sure they've watched before, the world may never be rid of these 15 annoying movie goers.

1. The parents who bring a baby or a child to a non-kid-friendly movie

So parents just want to have fun and you can't blame them for wanting some release. But this time, they brought their kid along, and kids can't stay still or silent when a gigantic screen starts lighting up. They also have a built-in defense mechanism to blatantly ignore everyone's death stares.

2. The extremely loud chewer

movie2.gif

You might have super sensitive ears, or the person next to you might just be the loudest chewer on planet earth. If you're watching a dialogue film, you're out of luck.

3. The person that makes pre and then Facebook posts their feelings for all to see

movie3.gif

These days, annoying movie goer-habits extend to social media too. Not everyone gets to watch the film on its debut date. We're also certain no one wants to know how you really feel about the movie, lest you give any details away.

4. The person that didn’t have to put in effort to get their tickets

movie4.gif

You have friends that only know how to give orders, but never know how to plan for things. They sit around passing judgment and comments, while you do all the hard work like go out of your way to line up for tickets and try to get everyone to agree on the perfect timing for it.

But free tickets are everywhere. You just need to know where to look for them. So save yourself the trouble of doing all the legwork and be the one that doesn’t have to do anything to enjoy something once in your life.

5. The person that makes a funny comment before, during, and after the movie

movie5.gif

This guy won't shut the hell up. What is going on here? How can this guy have so many jokes up his sleeves?

6. The person who snuck outside food into the theater.

movie6.gif

Once, someone brought char kuey teow. True story. That smelled better than the movie.

7. The person who won't stop texting.

movie7.gif

You won't believe people like these still exist. I guess all those don't-text-during-the-movie PSAs were a waste of money.

8. The guy who's trying to make a move on the girl he brought with to the cinema.

movie8.gif

We're not sure if this is still a thing. Most people this generation just date online and get straight to the point? Either way, we're guessing this could still be something.

9. The girl waiting for the move.. or not.

movie9.gif

And if it were still a thing, this is what we call a short within a movie itself.

10. And the third wheel.

movie10.gif

Let's not forget the comic relief. But really, poor guy!

11. There's also the screamer, who adds more special effects, outside of the film, inside the theater.

movie11.gif

In all fairness, that's all part of the cinema-going-experience. You'll just have to live with it. But you'll wonder hard, if this person has ever seen a movie in their life before...

12. The film critic (or nerd) who has one too many opinions about every character.

movie12.gif

From lining up to go in, to inside the cinema, till the movie ends, you'll hear this Master Nerd spout out every theory possible to prove he's got more in common with fictional characters than real life ones.

13. The person wearing a costume.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is coming in less than two weeks. Don't be surprised to see a wookie or a jedi around. Or Stormtroopers. Don't be surprised.

14. The MF that comes in late.

movie13.jpg

Why can't they just respect everyone else?

15. The guy with B.O.

movie15.gif

You've got the worst luck ever. It's like the universe wanted to spite you with terrible experiences. And the most painful part of this is that an olfactory attack is much worse compared to a badly scripted movie.

These are the type of characters that will forever exist when it comes to going to the movies. But that’s probably what makes going to the movies all so much fun! And what’s best is there are Millions of Magic happening in the month of December where Xpax is giving out FREE movie tickets to all Magic SIM customers!
