While in a perfect world we wouldn’t be worrying about cleaning, it is inevitable to have remnants left over in all those hard to find places. The Crafty’s cooling mechanism is situated at the mouthpiece and is easily dismantled. For ease of cleaning, it is recommended to have the device heated due to the materials in the mouthpiece becoming sticky. It is highly recommended for hygiene purpose to thoroughly clean the mouthpiece when changing user. Replacement screens, cleaning brush and instructions are all included, and while it isn't exactly a fun practice it's an important one and the guys at Storz & Bickel recognised this and ensured its as easy as it possibly could be. Unlike other portable vaporizers where you almost have to guess the temperature of your vape, the  Crafty has an easy to use and easy to navigate app to help you control your Crafty from your phone. Available from the App store and Google play store the crafty app is compatible with all smartphones once the software is updated to a minimum of ios6 or Android 4.3. The Crafty app is a very well designed accompaniment to an already well respected vape and some of the features included are; The simplicity of connection -  connect via a 6 digit unique serial code over bluetooth. Once in range you will be prompted to connect the Crafty Vaporizer to the app and you are then ready to take charge of a number of settings such as temperature, booster temp, vibration on/off, brightness, charge indicator and even the units of temperature.
