Swimming is a physical process that not only thrills you up but also burns lots of calories, is well-fixed on the joints, holds up your weight, helps you in body-building and endurance, and strengthens your muscles. It also ameliorates cardiovascular fitness, cools you off and refreshes you in summer. You can swim safely even if you are aged in Blue Waters Pools. But before start to swim, you should be concerned regarding the safety of the swimming pool as there are some rules to be followed.

 Swimming Pool rules:
Make sure that there is not any toy near the pool or inside the pool not even riding toys.
Keep electrical appliances away from the pool as they can be very much dangerous for you while you are in the pool.
Empty the pool after each use.
Do not dive in the pool that is not very deep enough.
Not even try to run on the pool deck.
There should be a fence that completely surrounds the pool and it must be at least 4 feet high and not having appendage so that children can also not come near the pool.
There are automatic pool covers as well, which can be operated by a switch. 

Swimming Pool cleaning:
We require lots of chemicals to make swimming pool water clean & safe for swimming. Unprocessed water can put in ruinous Escherichia coli, Salmonella bacteria, and protozoans such as Cryptosporidium, and Giardia lamblia. So these disinfection chemicals are necessary for killing pathogens. The most common chemicals used to clean water are the forms of chlorine. While others are of the type: Bromine, ozone, and ultra violet radiations. 

Some pathogens are only resistant to chlorine such as Cryptosporidium - a protozoan that is called “crypto” and causes intestinal disease. Crypto is immune to chlorine but reactive towards Ultra Violet radiations, which doesn’t kill the protozoan but makes it unable to do anything. UV cannot be used directly into the pool water as it is seriously injurious to health and can cause skin cancer. So what we do is to hide the radiation source inside the water recirculation and filtration system.  


Safety Diving:

Swimming can be injurious and dangerous if you are not concerning towards your safety diving. Serious spinal cord injuries, permanent brain damage, and death can occur to swimmers who plunge into fluffy water or leap upward on the diving board and impinge on the way down. To be safe:

Check how deep the water is and enter into the water by drowning your feet first, especially when you are beginner.
Always dive into the pools that are deep and never plunge into above-ground pools because they are often not deep enough.
Try not to swim into the end of a pool.
Avoid using inner tubes or inner pool toys.
Take the classes of swimming and then give it a try. 

Swimming strokes:
There are some swimming strokes as well such as Breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, and crawls are the most popular swim strokes. Stroke is something that causes your body to bob up & down as you move forward through the water. If you are participating in a competition and you miss any stroke, you can be disqualified.
