Some of the easiest superhero powers to get is the Human Torch's Flame On power. And it's definitely something you don't want to try, since it's pretty obvious these Russians drank one too many vodkas.

They used a hot wire to create fire with their bare hands and poured fuel on the ground. They held the hot wire in one hand and place their free hand over the fuel to complete the circuit.
