West NYC has tapped Saucony and the Shadow 5000 for the "Cabin Fever" edition of the runner. It takes on the Shadown 5000 to an earth-toned upper of premium suede, perforated leather and rugged ripstop alongside a splatter motif across the midsole. The shoe is due to hit West NYC on November 9 for $130 USD.
