Two years after its Venice premiere, the biopic of "Rebel Without A Cause" supporting actor Sal Mineo will now get both a VOD and theatrical debut. Titled "Sal,"  The film stars Val Lauren as Mineo and explores the actor’s final hours.

"Sal" will be made available on VOD and iTunes on October 22, and will be featured at the Austin Film Festival from October 24 to 31.
