Here's the video no one was waiting for but will watch anyway. It is Justin Bieber pissing in a cup in jail, and it has been released onto the world. Taken during Bieber's arrest for being a drunken drag racer, it's a shame they censored his dong off for the world, because that would have been a sight. Must be tiny.
