Charlie Sheen got offended when Rihanna refused to meet his fiance. She politely declined saying that there were too many paps around and it wasn't possible at that time. Now Charlie is angry and took to Twitter to rant.

“See ya on the way down (we always do) and actually, it was a pleasure NOT meeting you”

“I’m guessing you needed those precious 84 seconds to situate that bad wig before you left the restaurant”

Of course, Rihanna isn't moved at all. Here's what she said:
