Justin Bieber's Latest Graffiti 'Art' Being Called Racist

Justin Bieber posted this to Instagram, saying this kind of graffiti is how he "escapes". Probably a distraction from the trouble Brazil wants him in question for, though this isn't the art that he apparently tagged on a hotel wall. But some Twitter followers think this is kind of racist. According to the Hollywood Gossip:
They believe the drawing has seriously racist undertones.
"Someone needs to deck him, seriously," wrote a Twitter user upon seeing this picture, while another noted that "he's trying to be Chris Brown," and yet another scolded him:
