Watch: Lady Gaga & Oprah Set To Launch The 'Born This Way Foundation'
The pop megastar will be teaming up with the media mogul to officially launch the Born This Way Foundation at Harvard University on Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET. You can watch the launch live in the above video.
The foundation will serve to provide a “safe community that helps connect young people with the skills and opportunities they need to build a braver, kinder world,” according to the foundation’s website. Lady Gaga and her mom, Cynthia Germanotta, created the foundation after a 14-year-old boy killed himself in 2011 because of bullying he endured online and at school.
Besides Oprah Winfrey, U.S. Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius, actor David Burtka and mind-body healing pioneer Deepak Chopra will also be attending the event. So be sure to check back soon to catch it live!
