Looks like ladies aren't the only ones who hate being the target of butt jokes. According to this New York Times piece, butt enhancement surgery made a four percent jump in popularity in the past 15 years, and it's all thanks to men.

Some guys who admit to getting the procedure done claim it's less of a visual thing and more a "quality of life" kind of decision:
“I’d wear jogging pants to work and the guys used to joke that, ‘You could drop a plumb bob from the back of your head and the string wouldn’t hit anything before it hit the ground,’ ” he said, referring to the weight on a string used for surveying.
But it's not always about adding more junk to the trunk. One guy admitted to getting the fat sucked out from his behind, and claims that it helped him look better in jeans as well as made him feel more "confident and synergistic."
