Here's a makeover of an 1980's home known as The Peninsula Residence, which was designed by Bercy Chen Studio and provides a unique relaxation spot that is situated right next to a lake.



Reflection, translucency, color and geometry conspire to bring natural light deep into the house, thanks to the strategic placement of glass, steel and detailing. Exterior materials and refined detailing of the roof structure give the volume clean lines and a bold presence. The house also features a new solarium, large pool, and vegetative roof to keep it in tune with the context of the surrounding natural environment.
