Meet truck driver David Dopp, the lucky SOB who recently won a Lamborghini Murcielago valued at $300,000 in a contest. That sense of euphoria from owning a 631-horsepower supercar was quickly put out a few hours after he got behind the wheel.

According to SantaQuin (via Motoramic), the car was last seen in a grassy field, having skidded from the road in the middle of a turn. The accident happened less than six hours after the car was delivered. Dopp says he was going between 40-50 mph in a 35 mph zone when the spin and subsequent wreck occurred. The elated Dopp was completely depressed by the time the sun went down, as the new Lambo's oil pan was punctured and the rear bumper was damaged. Maybe next time the contest organizers should pick a person who'd be more careful with their brand-new $300,000-dollar toy.
