Its tough to stick to work outs. Anyone who's tried will have at least one or two stories about how they did for the first few weeks but later on slacked off.

Even though it seems counter-intuitive, you'll feel energized after even a short walk or workout, and the emotional benefits will make themselves known to you long before the physical ones will. Most workouts involve people focusing on inches slimmed or pounds lost, but consider honing in on the emotional benefits instead of a need to hit the need for instant gratification.

BodyHack suggests making a running schedule you'll want to stick to and make it as a carrot to stay motivated. What do you think? What are your ideas to stick to a work out?
