The thing to remember is that detoxification is nothing more than an alteration in one's eating habits or lifestyle. No detox is an instant fix, so don't expect any significant changes.  Give yourself adequate time to stop the cravings you have for unhealthy foods like sugar, alcohol, and caffeine. You can still eat regular food, just take a short break from those addictive foods to give your body time to recharge and heal itself. A good way is to just stick to fresh juice for about two to three days so that your body will receive the essential vitamins and nutrients to keep it going.
