Thanks to smartphones and social media, going online for updates is only a click away. Unfortunately, some of us have become a bit too attached resulting in a phenomenon known as FOMO i.e. 'Fear of Missing Out.' Signs include the constant urge to keep checking your Twitter and Facebook because you can’t shake the feeling that you’re missing out on finding out just how much you’re missing out on.

But don't worry, you're not alone. iPhone and Android app TimeRazor recently pulled research from studies and articles by JWTIntelligence, comScore and The Wall Street Journal to produce the following infographic to show who is most susceptible to FOMO, and what steps to take to do something about it:
